A Burlington man was arrested on drug charges early Sunday morning, after the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office conducted a bar check at a bar in the Village of Gulfport.
According to Henderson County Sheriff Steven P. Haynes, James W. Yarbrough, age 35, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Yarbrough is being held at the Henderson County Jail on a $20,000 bond. His Next court date is scheduled for April 20th, at the Henderson County Courthouse.
