A two month old infant was found dead in a fifth street apartment Tuesday.
911 reports indicate that a call was received around 9:30 Tuesday morning saying that the child was not breathing and had blood coming from its nose, Burlington Police, and detectives with the Department of Criminal Investigations responded to the scene.
Lt. Allen of the Burlington police says that the child was transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals where an autopsy will be performed.
