37-year-old Timothy Manger was arrested by Burlington Police at 624 Angular street late Sunday Night. He was arrested on multiple charges including Felon in Control of a Firearm, Driving Under Suspension, Reckless Driving, Failure to Yield an Emergency Vehicle, 5th Degree Theft, Striking Fixtures Upon a Highway, Failure to Maintain Control, Interference with Official Acts, and Operating a Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent. He is currently housed at Des Moines County Jail.
18-year-old Kealsy Smith of Aledo, Illinois was taken into custody by police at 8th and Maple Street in Burlington Sunday. She was arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance for Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia. She was taken to Des Moines County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
40-year-old Thomas Clouse was apprehended by Burlington Police Sunday at 3140 Agency Street for trespassing. He was taken to Des Moines County Jail on a $300 bond.
30-year-old Tiffany Schmid of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was arrested by Burlington Police Sunday at 2759 Mt. Pleasant Street. She was arrested on an out of state warrant for a parole violation, with an original charge of Manufacturing and delivery of Heroine. She also was charged with Presenting False Identification to Law Enforcement. She was taken to Des Moines County Jail on no bond.
